2. Order Confirmation and Accuracy

3. Damaged or Faulty Products

Although refunds are not offered, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by calling 951-818-6472. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process your claim.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
If a replacement is unavailable, we will discuss alternative solutions with you.

4. Shipping Issues

DroneDeals is not responsible for delays or losses once the package is handed over to the carrier (UPS). However, if your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please refer to the Damaged or Faulty Products section above.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at 951-818-6472. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
